Entrance via Gold Coast Highway. (Little Blue Cottage - The Courtyard).

Parking is best in the Mermaid Village or at Woolworths Metro directly across the road.

PREP FOR AN APPOINTMENT:

A consultation will be automatically sent to your email for any facial treatment to fill out prior to coming into the salon. Please fill this out to ensure there isn’t any contraindications for the treatment.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY:

    At Cinnamon Skin, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy.

    CANCELLATION NOTICE:

    We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations and rebooking. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

    LATE CANCELLATION + NO SHOWS:

    Cancellations made less than 48hours before a scheduled appointment, as well as no shows, will result in a charge equal to the full session fee. This will be processed using the payment method provided at the time of the booking.

    LATE ARRIVALS:

    If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your visit, and you will forfeit the session and potentially pay a fee. We appreciate your understanding & cooperation. Thank you for choosing Cinnamon Skin.
